Solar panels - state of energy research conference (SOERC) 2024

We look forward to seeing you at Curtin University 14-16 of February 2024!

Registration is open to anyone with an interest in energy research. We invite people from all different backgrounds and disciplines to register!

All persons attending the conference must complete an online registration form. Please read the below information before you complete the online registration form. Should you require any assistance please contact us at admin@erica.org.au or by phone on +61 8 9486 2011.

If you have already registered to attend the State of Energy Research Conference and require accommodation, please contact the Conference managers via register.erica2024@arinexgroup.com to add accommodation to your existing registration.

Credit/Debit Card

The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Conference by Arinex, Sydney’.

1. Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation attaching a tax invoice and receipt. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.

2. Name Badge

Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. You are responsible for always having your badge clearly visible and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Cancellation of Registration Fees

Prior to Wednesday 30 November 2023, there will be a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Prior to Monday 15 January 2024, cancellations will receive a 50% refund of fees payable.
After Monday 15 January 2024, there will be no refund.

Cancellation of Accommodation

One night’s deposit is non-refundable if cancelled by Monday 15 January 2024.
100% of room nights booked will be charged for any cancellation within 14 days prior.

Cancellation of Social Events and Workshops (if applicable)

Payments are non-refundable after Monday 15 January 2024.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
